The Ministry of Finance announced this afternoon the repeal of the rule that provided for the monitoring of Pix, after a meeting with President Lula. The regulation would require financial institutions to report transfers above R$5,000 for individuals and R$15,000 for companies starting in January 2025. With the decision, the obligation no longer exists.
