METHOD - FOR BOTH OVEN AND AIRFRYER Pork roast Bay leaves Salt Black peppercorns Cloves Boiling water Cut the skins apart down to the meat, but be careful not to cut into the meat itself Put salt, black pepper, cloves and bay leaves in the bottom of your airfryer baking basket/in the dish that will go in the oven Put the roast in the dish/baking basket with the skin side down Put boiling water in the dish/baking basket until the skins are covered with water Put the roast in your airfryer/oven at 200 degrees hot air for 20 minutes (the oven must be preheated) Take the roast out, turn it so the skins are facing up and sprinkle the roast with generous amounts of salt Put the roast in the airfryer/oven again with the skins facing up at 200 degrees hot air for 50 minutes If the skins are not crispy enough, take the roast out, turn the oven up to 240-250 degrees and give the roast for 10 min. so that the skins puff up. Take the roast out and let it rest for 20 to 30 min. before cutting into it - it must not be covered with tin foil or anything else. It should just stand somewhere without drafts.
