The artist chose the famous Arena di Verona amphitheater as the venue for the concert, where he began rehearsing in late August 2012. The concert program included both old hits (Soli, Azzurro, Prisencolinensinainciusol) and songs from later albums. Celentano was joined on stage by 18 musicians, 20 backing vocalists and 25 dancers. Canale 5, which broadcast the concert live, had the best prime-time figures in the last five years – nine million viewers watched the show. On the first evening, the artist not only sang – he was also interviewed on stage by invited French economist Jean-Paul Fitoussi. Together they discussed the current economic system and issues of democracy in Europe. Celentano himself wore a gray jacket, black trousers and a gray knitted cap both evenings. All the songs were performed live. The stage was decorated in the same style as the studio of the program Francamente me ne infischio[ru] - the gate from which Celentano and the guests came out, the bar counter, the windows, and two large LED screens. The two-hour performance was accompanied by a light show. The beginning of the song "Il ragazzo della via Gluck" was performed by the audience in a very united manner instead of Celentano, and on both evenings.
