In this issue we will continue the story about measurements that every audio enthusiast probably faces in the process of setting up, improving, or building their own acoustic system. This time we will look at how to measure impedance using the Loudspeaker lab 3 program, which has been one of the most popular among audio enthusiasts for many years. You can use any other software, or even a logarithmic ruler, but the general principles of measuring the frequency range of speakers will be the same. Measuring the impedance curve is a very important parameter for understanding the operation, evaluating the parameters and setting up an acoustic system.
