We do a lot of things together, we help each other, we celebrate holidays together. We should try to preserve that togetherness, involve children, so that we become aware of what we have and maybe not always strive for what we don’t have and maybe never will have. We are open, we welcome both visitors and guests, feel free to visit, see what is interesting here, but our duty, as residents of Subati, is to be here and do so that we and our children live here happily and long, just like these oak trees in the city center.” - Gunta Okmane, a resident of Subati.
