In September 2017, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, which is an inflammatory bowel disease from which there is no complete cure. Now it was time to take a closer look at the current state of the disease, so during the week I had blood tests, changed my diet, emptied my entire intestine and had a colonoscopy, i.e. colonoscopy. We didn't get through without crying, but at least we got clarity on the state of the intestines and made our own plans for the future.
