We had been planning to take a trip along the Moselle in a motorhome for a long time. In autumn 2022 the time had finally come. We visited the beautiful, romantic town of Beilstein, the town of Cochem and Eltz Castle. We cycled along the Moselle cycle path. We can also tell you about two inexpensive motorhome parking spaces. There are plenty of parking spaces and campsites on both sides of the river on the Moselle. Metternich Castle in Beilstein: CLOSED FROM 10/31/2022 TO 03/31/2023. OPEN DAILY FROM 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM FROM APRIL 1, 2023 (LAST ADMISSION 5:30 PM) It's wonderful to sit on the terrace. Ice cream, coffee, a selection of cakes, as well as hearty meals and exquisite Moselle wines are served there. Eltz Castle Eltz Castle is open daily from April 1st to November 1st - with no closing day - from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last entry at the castle gate).
