It is a structure built on the new Holo server created in Minecraft in January 2023, and was created by Hololive 3rd Generation member Usada Pekora. When it was first created, it was named Peko-chan Castle, which means it was going to be a castle, but as the construction progressed it became tower-shaped and was called Pekora Tower. The initial appearance was so bad that it shocked Holomen and viewers, and later it was called the Obscene Tower by viewers. Later, a rabbit face was placed on the top of the tower, but it looked like an insect with antennae, confusing Holomen and viewers.
