Our team had long dreamed of participating in a cooking competition, and when the opportunity to go to St. Petersburg arose, we knew it was a chance we couldn’t miss. The city itself was inspiring, and we knew it wouldn’t be easy, because the best teams from all over the world were waiting for us. Preparations began long before the trip. We selected recipes, tried different flavor combinations, and perfected our techniques. The kitchen was at the center of our lives: we worked tirelessly to create and improve dishes, tasted ingredients, and achieved ideal flavor combinations. Each of us brought our own unique idea, and gradually the competition menu was formed — with a twist and respect for tradition. In St. Petersburg, a completely different atmosphere awaited us. There was incredible tension in the air. The competition was serious, and each team had to give it their all. But we were ready. We distributed responsibilities, honed the presentation, thought through every little detail. We were on our feet from the morning, working with ingredients, trying to keep the timing and technique to perfection. The final was not easy: tension, fatigue, but we still went out on the court with confidence. Our dishes were aesthetically presented, every taste was thought out. We knew that we were not just cooking food - we were showing part of our culture and skill. When the results were announced, our hearts sank, but we heard our country! It was a victory, and not only over other teams, but also over ourselves. All the hard work, sleepless nights and support from each other led us to triumph.
