In return, they would of course also have to check in the other participants for a visit to their establishment and let them test your food and restaurant. Where the normal guest in a restaurant might only pay attention to the full plate, the professionals know exactly what is important: taste, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, an unbeatable price-performance ratio and of course the overall concept.
