A pack of bloodthirsty wolves from Grmeč drowned 30 of my large sheep - They are the most famous Vlašić shepherds from Sanski Most, where they live and are the only ones in the Una-Sana Canton who produce the famous sheep cheese. Three generations of the Musićs were nomads and went with their flocks to what is now Lika, where they spent their summers in the meadows around Srba and Lapac. Ten years ago, they experienced a tragedy when a pack of bloodthirsty wolves from Grmeč drowned 30 of their large sheep and several lambs. Even today, they remember with great caution that unfortunate event that did not shake them but gave them the strength to continue.
