For over ten years he has been involved in the creation and development of innovative projects and has consolidated experience in solutions in the field of artificial intelligence, mobile computing and data analysis. Today he manages a technical and innovation team in IBM Italy and collaborates with IBM Research on quantum computing as an IBM Q Ambassador. Having joined IBM as a specialist on mobile computing projects, Federico Mattei obtained a doctorate in Theoretical Physics from La Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis on the theory of quantum gravity. During his first year of work he obtained a master's degree in Business Management from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
