Meet again with Rizki Abadi This time we want to chat with Koh Denny Setiawan / mrdennysetiawan in a house that is closed on the outside but open on the inside, namely Casa de Valorar / casadevalorar So this house with a land area of ​​10x25 carries the concept of a mystery box, its boxy and completely closed front appearance does make people passing by not realize that Casa de Valorar has a hidden beauty that is enjoyed every day by its owner. Located on the edge of the highway, this house was deliberately designed not to be the center of attention of people passing by. With a building area of ​​212 square meters, this introverted house consists of 2 floors and is divided into 2 building masses. Between the 2 buildings there is a bridge that connects the buildings and is also designed to enjoy the atmosphere of the house with a different experience. Once inside, this modern house seems very functional with lots of storage space, and also several hidden rooms such as a powder room, ART room, and driver's room. The living room area, although still one with the kitchen and dining area, is made as if it is separate by using a floating partition. Oh yes, Casa de Valorar is part of the front kitchen team :D In the middle of the house there is a fairly large green open space or garden. It can be said that this area is the heart of the house, because this area supplies air and light for most of the rooms in Casa de Valorar.
