However, the process of discovering the hidden gems in that old space is not easy. Demolishing the walls of the farmhouse made of straw and dirt is a continuous battle with old dust. The ceiling finish, which involves shooting urethane foam to level it, applying cement on top, and then painting it with water, is difficult, so a veteran worker with 47 years of experience must be brought in. The ceiling is finished with white cement to preserve the atmosphere of the rafters and wooden pillars. Due to the nature of the old house, it is essential to check the incline every time because it is not level. Since the standards do not match those of the materials that are coming out these days, the length must be measured and cut to fit each piece of wood.
