A study estimates it to be worth several tens of billions of dollars today and expects this figure to double over the next five years. Small brands are multiplying. There is something for every budget: from charity stores with a very low price range, to boutiques that focus on luxury products, to those that only offer carefully sourced vintage clothing at prices that remain affordable.
