Homework is often not a repetition of the lesson material, but rather making up for what the teacher did not have time to do in class. PISA data for Poland shows that the time spent on homework is on average 1.7 hours per day, one hour and 40 minutes. Is it good that they will be abolished? In my opinion, no.
