Over 300 people take part, running up 171 steps with a height difference of 30m and competing for the fastest time. A "60-year-old man" has been making it onto the podium in the over 45s division of this competition for 15 years, and is improving his time every year. We gave him an in-depth interview to find out what kind of person he is and how this year's competition went.
