You actually burn more fat at night than during the day. However, we will talk about how you can burn more fat while you sleep. How to burn fat: 1. Get plenty of sleep • Sleep in a cooler room • Sleep in a very dark room • Avoid exposing your eyes to blue light before going to bed • Avoid watching thrillers or news before going to bed • Take vitamin B1, vitamin D and zinc before going to bed • Lower your cortisol levels by focusing on your breathing • Reduce stress by doing physical work or exercise • If you wake up to urinate, go on a keto diet, fast and do not eat or drink anything after 6:30 PM 2. Exercise • Do vigorous full-body exercise • Do HIIT (high-intensity interval training) • Do not eat immediately before, during or immediately after your workout 3. Fast • Do periodic long-term fasting as well as intermittent fasting • Exercise while fasting (if possible) 4. Adjust your macronutrients • Don't count plant carbs (eat big salads) • Keep your other carbs under 20 grams per day • Eat moderate amounts of fat (only (eat the fat found in meat; do not add additional fat) • Eat 6-8 ounces of protein per meal. 5. Keep your cortisol low • Do physical work • Take long walks 6.
