Hey guys, in this video I'm going to talk about my routines that you should follow daily if you want to have high performance, and I'm also going to talk about the ones that most people neglect, thinking that they don't help their performance. Before I talk about the 6 high-performance routines, I need to make clear the difference between routine, monotony, and protocols. Many people end up complaining, saying, "Oh, my life is in a rut," "my relationship is falling into a rut," among other things. But the problem isn't the routine. Our brain likes to have a routine because it becomes easier to do over time and saves us energy. The problem is that people end up falling into monotony. Routine is doing the same thing every day. Monotony is doing the same thing every day, the same way. The secret is to do the same thing every day, in a different way. This is the first step to having high-performance routines. That said, the 6 high-performance routines are: 1 – Energy Routine 2 – Productivity Routine 3 – Learning Routine 4 – Connection Routine 5 – Reflection Routine 6 – Recovery Routine During the video, I explain what each of these routines are and how you can apply them, regardless of your daily routine, because you might be thinking that few people can apply all the routines. You can plug the routines into your daily routine and change the protocols, adapting them to your current lifestyle.
