After it melts a little, add 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 package of tomato puree, 250 ml of water, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of sugar. • Place the manti and meatballs that have been nicely browned in the oven into this sauce and boil for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of strained yogurt to the middle of the pan. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper, red pepper flakes and dried mint on top. • Finally, after sprinkling the parsley leaves, your oven-baked manti with meatballs is ready to serve.
