My life with the Saab Safir from Ljungbyhed to TEAM 50. Alf Ingesson Thoor, Retired FV pilot, Major, Flight Specialist Psychologist The Air Force Museum invites you to the 75th anniversary together with Saab AB, the Swedish Aviation Association (SFF), the Team 50 display group, the Saab Veteran Club and Östergötlands Aviation History Society (ÖFS). The birthday child Saab 91 Safir is a single-engine propeller plane that was developed by Saab in Linköping and became a major export success for the company. The prototype took to the air for the first time on November 20, 1945. 75 years later, this will be celebrated with overflights and digital talks.
