S-Bahn Berlin November 2023 November 12, 2023 was a very special day for all Berlin S-Bahn fans, because the 485 series said goodbye to Berlin's tracks with a lap of honor. This series was designed in the GDR and is now entering its well-deserved retirement. The 22 quarter trains are still available as reserves. In my S-Bahn documentary you can see a compilation of various entries and exits, but also the typical signals, doors closing sound and the green interior with scratched windows. I was particularly pleased about the little ride in the driver's cab with the entrance to the Schöneweide S-Bahn station for the rendezvous of the four "Coke cans" from the 4 directions. The loud rumbling when driving is included!
