For Mythic difficulty, I recommend level 70 with an item level of 510 or higher! (I can't decide the exact item level because balance patches are done every week.) For anything lower, just go find Jaina's raid quest!! And Jaina's mount only comes out as Mythic! The Galmotjukpo comes out in all difficulties, but you have to catch Jaina in the Raid Finder to get it! (The probability of both is so low that I can't tell you the probability percentage on Wowhead; ??? It only shows as a question mark;;) [For those who haven't done the early campaign in BFA and can't see the Raid Finder!] After getting the Heart of Azeroth necklace, if you do the quest to unlock world quests and receive the whistle from Nathanos Blightcaller and Halford Wyrmbane NPCs on the ships in Zuldazar or Boralus, you will be able to do most of the content in BFA.
