Let them sit at room temperature until they soften for 20 minutes. • Cut the puff pastry sheets in half, slightly wider than the middle. Cut the smaller piece into 1-finger-wide strips. • Open the other half by pulling both sides until it is 1.5 times the size of the meatballs. • Arrange two slices of smoked entrecôte on top of each other. Then put the burger patties and 2 slices of burger cheese. Bring the remaining part of the entrecôte on top and close like a bundle. • Cover it with another expanded puff pastry and stick the puff pastries together from the edges, making sure there is no air inside while sticking. • Stick the strips you cut on the dough in the shape of a diamond shape. • Cut into circles with a sharp bowl or lid or fold the edges inwards as if you were sewing by hand. • Do the same for the remaining puff pastry and burgers and place them on the oven rack. • Dilute 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of water and spread on the puff pastry. • Bake on the middle shelf of a preheated 200 degree oven that operates with the bottom, top and fan off for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. • Burger Wellington with its crispy puff pastry on the outside and delicious burger inside, is ready to enjoy with your loved ones! Refika'ca Potato Nachos 250 g frozen serrated potato chips, 1 pack Half hot pepper 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons caramelized onion, recipe below 10 sprigs coriander 75 ml cream 50 g kasseri • Fry the chips in deep oil or in the airfryer until they are crispy and golden. 15-18 minutes will be enough for the airfryer. • Heat the cream in a saucepan and add 50 g grated kasseri cheese. Whisk until the cheese melts. • Place the chips on a plate and add caramelized onion, cheese sauce, pomegranate seeds, coriander, and chili pepper flakes on top. Colorful and delicious chips are ready to add even more flavor to your enjoyment! • To make the caramelized onion, cut 2 onions in half and slice them. Add them to a large pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, half a teaspoon salt and a pinch of sugar. Cook slowly for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. If they stick, add a little water. Russian salad 450g, 1 package frozen garnish 2 Pickled cucumbers 9 tablespoons pickle juice 200g, 8 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon salt 1 pinch black pepper 4 slices salami 1 teaspoon mustard Yedikule lettuce • Add water to the pot, bring to a boil and add a teaspoon of salt. • Add 1 frozen package garnish to the pot. Once the water starts to boil, boil for 5 minutes and drain. • For the sauce, add 8 tablespoons mayonnaise, 9 tablespoons pickle juice, 1 pinch black pepper, 1 teaspoon mustard, 2 diced pickled cucumbers and 4 diced slices salami to the bowl and mix well. • Add the boiled garnishes to the mixture and mix. • You can serve it in Yedikule lettuce or on the side.
