My eco project continues: the second life of old things. And today I came across old men's shirts. I can't bring myself to throw them away, but I did bring a rotary knife. I decided to sew a blanket from the shirts. For variety, I cut out all the details at 45 degrees. I chose the simplest block. In the process, the result seemed pale to me and I added an edging from regular knitting threads. A blanket with synthetic padding. I quilted while stitching the edging. Then I made two tiers of the frame and edging.
