5 foods that I have eliminated from my diet! A conscious look at our diet can make a big difference to our health. As a doctor and passionate athlete, I have learned which foods support my body best. Here I share my experiences and reasons for avoiding five specific foods. 00:00 Introduction 03:10 Ready-made products 07:05 Gummy bears 08:51 White bread 14:05 Creamy yoghurts 16:26 Ready-made sauces & flavor enhancers #loseweight #loseweight #health #nutrition ⏩ Get informed first, then supplement: Feel free to take a look at my guides https://bit.ly/RatgeberHowTo ✅ ❎ 100% independent ❎ 100% study-based ❎ 100% medically correct Bad foods: Ready-made products Avoiding highly processed ready-made products was one of the most important dietary changes for me. These products often contain a plethora of additives such as preservatives, flavor enhancers and refined sugar, which can be harmful to our health. Consuming processed foods increases the risk of various health problems such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and metabolic disorders. Instead, I now choose fresh, unprocessed foods that are rich in nutrients and provide my body with the energy it needs without burdening it with harmful substances. Bad foods: gummy bears and candies Gummy bears and candies used to be my quick source of energy, especially during hard days at work or intensive training sessions. But their high sugar content not only provides a short-term energy supply, but also leads to a rapid drop in blood sugar levels, which can lead to cravings and exhaustion. In addition, they often contain little to no nutrients and can lead to long-term health problems such as tooth decay, diabetes and obesity. Instead, I now reach for healthy snacks such as nuts or protein bars, which provide a long-lasting source of energy while also providing important nutrients such as protein, healthy fats and fiber.
