There is the Volt 100, the Volt 160, the Volt Plus 250 and the Volt Plus H. Each one is more top-notch than the other. But for today's video we will focus on the 5 advantages of the Volt 100 line, which is the one that serves the majority of building installations in general, which in this case are commercial and residential. TOP 1 The first advantage of this frame in relation to others is that, despite the body being metallic, it has pre-openings on both the top and bottom for installing conduits made of ABS plastic. Just press and the opening will be highlighted. This difference is for the built-in frames in this line. TOP 2 The second difference in this picture is in the door. In addition to opening up to 180 degrees and this wonderful lock, you can easily reverse the opening side. This is the click system. Just press this lever to release the hinge rod. TOP 3 As a third difference, we can mention the protective “mirror” of this frame. It is held in place by just 4 screws. “Ah André, what’s different about this?” Well, my dear, the difference is that you don't have to keep tightening the screw until you get tired. Just turn ¼ turn to lock or unlock these screws. Furthermore, they don't come loose... they are the famous "unmissable screws"... No more that situation of having to look for screws that fall to the floor... TOP 4 This fourth difference, without a doubt, is the one that caught my attention the most in this frame. Take a look at how the assembly and disassembly of the mounting plate where the circuit breakers, DPS's and DR's are fixed are carried out... just lower these levers and you can remove this plate. Just like that…. What a brilliant idea this is from BRUM!!!! TOP 5 And finally, the fifth difference between this board and others on the market… Look at this busbar here… it is known as a floating busbar. Those who fix this bus are the circuit breakers themselves!!!! And rest assured that there is no danger of this bus touching the mounting plate… it is insulated. Another cool detail is the finish on the fixing screws on the terminals for powering this bus. This bus is sold separately from the panel so you can choose between a three-phase or two-phase bus. It comes already assembled and isolated, with the right amount of spaces for the size of the board you chose and supports a maximum current of 100A. Too TOP, huh, gang? That's why I really like BRUM products, after all they always think of this type of solution to make life easier for us electricians. Oh, and another detail that caught my attention even more is that practically in the entire frame, there are only 2 screws to tighten that are responsible for the protective cover, otherwise all its fixing is done only by a click mechanism. and ¼ turn screws, this makes assembly much faster! Volt 100 line panels are sold in sizes 18, 28, 34 and 46 circuit breakers, both in built-in and over-mount panels. Now, if you need a panel that supports a higher current, you have two options: Use the Volt 160 line panels, which have buses that support up to 160A and are sold in sizes 24, 36 and 48 circuit breakers. Or you will have to use panels from the Volt Plus line, which have buses that support up to 250A and have space available for 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 circuit breakers. These two panel models have built-in and overlapping models, in addition to supporting the use of molded case circuit breakers. This one, for example, is a bus from the VOLT PLUS line, it has a capacity of up to 250A, is already pre-insulated between the phases both vertically and horizontally, has polycarbonate protection over the bars and has also been designed with the contact on the adjustable general circuit breaker, this avoids the headache we have with molded case circuit breakers that are larger than others, and have different terminals, well thought out!
