In this hiking video in Asturias we visit a magical and legendary place: the Muniellos Forest. Here you will find the largest oak forest in Spain and one of the best preserved in Europe. Muniellos is located in the Fuentes del Narcea, Degaña and Ibias Natural Park, in Asturias (northern Spain). It is important to remember that in order to access this beautiful place you need a special permit and only 20 permits are granted daily to visit the forest. Perhaps that is the reason for another video explaining the steps to follow to be able to obtain one of these permits. In this video I wanted to focus solely and exclusively on showing you a part of the Muniellos forest that not many people can visit. I mention this because in this area there are two routes: one easy to do that many people know and another longer and more difficult one that is traveled by many fewer people due to its distance and difficulty. I have put myself in the place of many people who want to visit this gem and decided to show you the most hidden part, the circular route of about 20 km in distance and 1600 m of elevation gain that takes us to the area of the lagoons. I have tried to give you advice as I have shown you the route to help you to travel it with the best possible information. Consider that I recorded this video in conditions of intense rain, which affected the quality a little. Well, what can we do ... As always, you can find more information about this route on my website using the following link: https://www.mrpablosaw.com/circular-p... I hope you like the video and do not forget to subscribe, like and share.
