Today I'm taking you on a walk in the woods to harvest Yule herbs, a ritual that combines nature and tradition in a moment of deep connection with the woods. ???? Harvest responsibly! When you harvest from the woods, always remember to respect nature: take only what you need, without damaging the plants. I will take the seeds back to the woods and use the collected twigs to make cuttings, so that what I take can regenerate. This video is part of my Advent calendar: every day I share with you a special moment to experience Christmas in harmony with nature. In today's video I'll show you some of the plants I find along the way.
