Strawberry Jam: ➡️2 boxes of Strawberries ➡️1/2 cup of Sugar ➡️juice of half a squeezed lemon (don't put more than that) ???? 2nd BRIGADEIRO MOUSSE FILLING ➡️1 box of condensed milk (395g) ➡️2 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️4 tablespoons of chocolate powder ➡️1 tablespoon of butter or margarine ➡️150ml of whipped cream, chilled ????3° SENSATION FILLING ➡️1 box of condensed milk (395g) ➡️1 box of cream (200g) ➡️1 packet of strawberry juice, or 1 tablespoon of strawberry flavoring powder ➡️150g of chocolate shavings or chocolate chips (whichever is cheaper for you) ➡️150ml of whipped cream, chilled ????for the sensation topping: I used half of the chocolate brigadeiro filling, but you can use chocolate ganache as an option. ???? 4° DULCE DE LECHE WITH COCONUT FILLING ➡️1 can of dulce de leche (400g) ➡️1 box of cream (200g) ➡️500ml of liquid milk ➡️2 tablespoons of cornstarch ➡️100g of grated coconut (unsweetened) ???? CAKE MASS (CHOCOLATE) ➡️5 Eggs (preferably large) ➡️1/2 cup of oil (120ml) ➡️1 cup of milk (240ml) ➡️1 cup and 1/2 of Sugar ➡️2 cups of wheat flour ➡️1 cup of chocolate powder ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder ???? CAKE MASS (WHITE) ➡️5 Eggs (preferably large too) ➡️1/2 cup of oil (120ml) ➡️1 cup and 1/2 of Sugar ➡️1 cup of milk (240ml) ➡️2 cups and 1/2 of wheat flour ➡️1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional) ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder ????Size of the forms used in the recipe: 35x25x6cm high ????Bake at 180 degrees ????CUP USED IN THE RECIPE: 240ml ????
