Meat Appetizer in a Mushroom Dish; 10-12 large mushrooms 250 g beef 3 slices of stale bread 1/2 cup walnuts 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp black pepper (leveled) 1 tsp cumin (leveled) 6 tbsp olive oil 1-2 pinches of salt (I added a little because it was in the meat.) Haydari; 1.5 cups strained yogurt 1 tsp dried mint 1 tbsp olive oil Salt Garlic powder For presentation; Fresh mint leaves 3 cucumbers If desired, 3 tablespoons of white cheese can be added to Haydari. Important Notes: If you are going to squeeze hummus with a squeeze bag, let it rest in the fridge for a while, this way you will get better results. If we squeeze the hummus into the bowls we prepared for hummus during the serving phase, it will not soften. If you put olive oil on the muhammara while storing it in the fridge, you will prevent it from drying out. If you keep the greens you will put for decoration in ice water during serving, you will preserve its freshness.
