Last week I failed at this... ( • #329 Finish with a long run at race pace three weeks before the actual event! That's what I said... ) There's no way I can face the Tsukuba Marathon with a failed attempt! So I'm going to try a long run at race pace again! I can easily manage 15km and 20km during weekday practice. There's no way I can't run 30km on my days off! If I fail this, I will have to give up on finishing the Tsukuba Marathon in under 3 hours 45 minutes... That's what I thought.
