Cut the salmon into 10cm pieces for easy eating, then roll them up. 2. Slice the onion thinly and soak in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove the spiciness. 3. Cut the rice paper into quarters with scissors. 4. Pour cooking oil into a pan, add the rice paper, fry for about 5 seconds, and drain the oil. Whip the heavy cream, then add the cream cheese that has been melted at room temperature for 30 minutes and whip again. 2. Wash and prepare the fruit. 3. Cut the edges of the bread and spread the heavy cream evenly. 4. Place a whole kiwi in the middle of the bread and place 2 strawberries on one side and 2 green grapes on the other side diagonally. 5. Cut the dried figs into quarters. 2. Put cream cheese on the mini toast. 3.
