Click on the link and subscribe to the channel: http://bit.ly/DraGiselaSavioli Recipes mentioned in the video: Avocado mayonnaise Ingredients: Endive 1 can of sardine fillet ½ large mashed avocado 1 chopped tomato 1 grated carrot Salt, olive oil, oregano, mint and lemon to taste Preparation method: Mash the sardine with a fork until it breaks up and then mix with the avocado Add the tomato and carrot and season to taste Stuff the already cleaned endive leaves Omelet Ingredients: 8 organic eggs 1 bunch of cleaned and pre-cooked spinach 2 cleaned and seeded tomatoes 1 onion cut into cubes Olive oil to taste Coriander to taste 2 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon of herbal salt Preparation method: 1- Sauté the onion in a pan with the olive oil. Then add the garlic and tomato 2- In the same pan, add the spinach 3- Add the herb salt and coriander after sautéing all the above ingredients 4- Beat the egg whites until stiff and then add the egg yolks.
