November 1st is World Vegan Day, so I came here to tell you three reasons why I decided to go vegan. Maybe your food choices are based on what you learned as a child or on the advice of a health professional. For me, food has everything to do with health and lifestyle. It was while studying medicine that I began to see references that indicated that the less you consume foods of animal origin, the better for your health. When we talk about veganism, it may be that you have some difficulty giving up a specific food. In my case, it was cheese. And so, I looked for more information about dairy in Ayurveda and Modern Medicine. And today, I will give you the three reasons that I believe you should know to go vegan.
