Hello everyone 🌞 Today I tried making white chocolate crunch. It was really delicious with regular bitter chocolate, strawberry chocolate, and matcha chocolate, so please try making it with various flavors 🕊️ This time, I'll show you how to make it with just three ingredients 🫰 Tools needed: 2 heart silicone molds (Seria) Wrapping box (Seria) Ingredients: Your favorite chocolate pen (Daiso usually has the lighter colors) 100g cornflakes 200g white chocolate (100g used for the mold, 100g crunch) Approximate amount! * Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and apply it to the top of the mold as much as possible * Do not measure how many grams each piece is, Melt the white chocolate → Use half for crunch (mix white chocolate with cornflakes) and half for the mold → Divide the portion to be used for the mold and mix with your favorite chocolate pen (if there is any left over, put it in the crunch!) ⚠️ If you pour the chocolate into the mold while it is still hot and remove the excess chocolate, it will become thinner and more likely to become crispy. It says to let it cool a little so that it is cool enough to touch, not hot, and then pour it into the mold and remove the excess chocolate, but it will come off more cleanly if you don't remove it that strictly ⚠️ Any cornflakes will do. You can also eat Royaltine deliciously. ⚠️ If the mold you use is too large, it will not be satisfying to eat, so use one that is as small as possible. ⚠️ I put the chocolate pen in a cornet to draw. You can also use a chocolate pen, but it will be thicker, so it will look cuter if you finish it with a cornet 💞 ⚠️ Please refer to the arrangements made by other people by tagging on Instagram!
