White Chocolate Foam Foam 300 gr milk 300 gr White chocolate 80 gr egg white Shake everything well and really cold, double fold in a sweet cup. Top with foam, a dash of sprinkles, a helium balloon in any color and finally a couple of soap bubbles. Ketchup & Mustard 1.5 cl Gin 1.5 cl Lychee liqueur 1.5 cl Oleo saccharum - lemon 7 ml Strawberry syrup 3 cl Lemon juice 2 tbsp Mustard 5 ml Clairin communal 2 cl Halland's Elderberry 5 ml Jäger Manifest 2 cl Punt e Mes 2 cl Coconut syrup 2 dashes Seehuusen's coffee and chocolate bitters 3 cl Lemon juice 3 cl Ketchup Add the respective ingredients to squeeze bottles. Fill with crushed ice and mix well. Served with pom pins as a snack. Im a drunkard 3 cl Wheated Bourbon 2 cl Gomme Syrup 2 cl Lemon juice 3 cl Old fashioned Prebatch Of pb 35 cl high rye overproof bourbon 3 cl maple syrup 1.5 cl angostura bitters 3 cl water Pour whiskey, lemon and Gomme into a shaker and shake cold . Double strain into a frozen glass with a large ice cube. Top with Old Fashioned and garnish with orange zest and cherries.
