We hitchhiked 6 times, traveled 3,000 km, crossed 6 states, traveled 5 days and had many stories to tell! We spent a sleepless night, slept in the back of a truck, camped at a gas station and much more! But one thing is for sure, we met many good people and showed you that reality and our perception of danger can be very different from what we are usually taught! And the best part is that all this was to start our backpacking trip through the Brazilian Amazon.
