This workout is designed to give you strength, flexibility and peace of mind, all in one compact workout. Power Flow yoga is a great way to strengthen your body while connecting with your breath and tuning in to positive energy. ☑️ The workout will start with a short warm-up to prepare your body for deeper stretching and strengthening. Then we will continue with a series of poses that activate different muscle groups and increase your cardiovascular performance.
