Only postprandial blood sugar is high. I gave a lecture a while ago for people who only have high fasting blood sugar. As I announced, today I'm uploading a video for people who have good fasting blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin, but their postprandial blood sugar is extremely high. These days, since self-blood glucose meters have become widespread, many people are surprised when they take their blood sugar at home. The importance of postprandial blood sugar has become widely known, so they take it after a meal... but... It's over 200 mg/dl, and if you eat the three major types of diabetes (dangmyeon, ramen, jjajangmyeon), it can even exceed 300 mg/dl. Fasting is less than 100 mg/dl, and glycated hemoglobin is under 5.9%, and some people even have 5.1%. When you go to the hospital, they just tell you that it's okay and to wait and see, but saying "let's wait and see" means not taking any action. It's so frustrating for patients. They also resent the doctors. So I go to internet clubs or YouTube... It would be fortunate if I could find the right people and knowledge, but... there are many cases where people follow the wrong instructions and end up worse off. There are many such people these days, and many people suffer because they meet false prophets and wrong information. So, I am uploading a lecture on postprandial blood sugar at the risk of misunderstanding. (Here, the misunderstanding is an academic misunderstanding that can arise from oversimplifying the complex mechanism of postprandial blood sugar.)
