I tend to get nervous whenever I have a test, an important event, or a presentation. Whether it's when I'm sleeping, or when I'm still, or when I'm concentrating on something or studying hard, at some point my shoulders start to hunched, I start to frown, and my body tenses up. As I slowly breathe in and out, my body calms down, but after a while, I find myself tense up again and tense up.
