And this week I visited a property in the Castro Paraná region, the largest micro dairy basin in Brazil. On this dairy farm, they have dairy cows in the rotational grazing system, there are more than 170 cows in the pasture, in the high-production grazing system. They are high-production dairy cows, cows free to roam in the pasture. This trip was a technical visit to Catolândia (Castro PR), the largest micro dairy basin in BRAZIL. We will see many technologies in milk production, this high-production dairy farm is very efficient in the production of milk, Dutch calves and food for Dutch cows and heifers. I will show details of the milking parlor, cow cooling room, feeding room, manure room and about collar monitoring. This is part 1 of this visit to Castro.
