Hello, I'm your exercise and training coach Yiğit Yurtseven. Today I'm here with one of the most requested workouts, the cardio (fat burning) workout. I set up a very nice station system, I did 3 rounds, determined 2 sets and determined 12 different and effective moves. Here, I want you to do the moves for 30 seconds in a row, rest for 30 seconds between sets, rest for 1 minute between rounds and try to apply this fat burning cardio workout as much as you can. I kept the workout to 15 minutes so that everyone could apply it in some way and I think it turned out to be a workout that you will all have a lot of fun with.
