In many cases, both the builders, the construction manager or the investor himself do not remember about it and such a tape is not released. In such situations or when the method of foundation of the building (XPS insulated foundation slab) requires driven pins or a ring grounding rod to be used. In my case, I have both solutions, the ring earthing was made due to the equipotentialization of the foundation plate, while the pin was added for "peace of mind". Of course, my pin was only 3 meters, in many cases it may be too little and it will be necessary to add another part. However, such things will be known when the measurements are taken.
