In this video, we fully customized the current Hijet Jumbo with Samurai Pickup original parts and created the first 120 horsepower engine in the video. This video shows the current s500 series Hijet truck, Jumbo SA3 MT, exterior Raptor liner paint, Samurai pickup, original 2-inch lift-up, rear adjustable shock, front and rear stabilizers, front pipe bumper, roll bar, fender protector, 15-inch Work Emotion tires, Goodridge engine, KF-VE4 → KF-VET 120 horsepower specification, Hitachi HT06 modified full flow turbine, exhaust manifold enlargement processing, 3-pulse camshaft for turbo, full flow processing, piston, Carello H-section connecting rod, SARD 300cc injector, SARD 140l/m fuel pump, large capacity aluminum intercooler added, sub-radiator 95° control ECM F-CON Vpro4.0 mixture, Daihatsu Hijet needs to overcome several barriers to make it 120 horsepower. Certain parts designed by Daihatsu manufacturers are not strong enough, so we will install parts inside the engine that can withstand the horsepower, but we will inspect and measure each external part one by one, and we will make the engine with ultra-precise assembly by adjusting the clearance and weight balance. By making it 120 horsepower, we can achieve acceleration and powerful driving that is different from our standard 80 horsepower turbo. Considering the practicality of a light truck, the engine speed is set to be flat full torque from low revolutions. Although the 500 series Hijet truck is a light truck, the engine control is quite elaborate, and even if the engine is modified to 120 horsepower, it will not be a fast car unless the control of the engine is good. The electronic throttle of a light truck is particularly troublesome. It is quite difficult to increase the horsepower of the engine so that the computer control, which was not originally intended to improve engine performance, and the computer control created by the manufacturer with an emphasis on safety, does not cause problems in the car (such as the check lamp lighting up), but I would like to complete it through trial and error! I am looking forward to seeing what kind of car it will be with the settings!
