Whisky that is over 10 years old is still a rarity from German distilleries! At the Finch Distillery in the Swabian Alb, however, you can rely on a large stock of whisky barrels that have been maturing for years. After all, they have been producing malt, grain and rye whiskies here for over 20 years 🥃 I would like to introduce you to a very special single malt in this video. The 12-year-old single cask whisky from the strictly limited private edition was first matured in a former bourbon barrel and then allowed to breathe in the sweet notes of Spanish sherry for a finish.
