Şerif Kaynar explains the 12 common characteristics of successful leaders in the business world with examples in his TEDx Talk. He explains the characteristics that make the top names in the business world so successful and the concept of ''Trust'', which is a one-word summary of the business world. Şerif Kaynar graduated from Bradford University in England after Saint Joseph High School. Kaynar, who later completed his MBA at City University in London, is one of Turkey's greatest brainhunters. He still serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors at Korn Ferry. His job is to find the best and most right people for companies. Among his legendary CEO appointments are world giants such as Turkcell and Vodafone. He speaks French and Russian as well as Turkish and English. Apart from that, in his own words, the things he likes: A very comfortable bed, Istanbul film festivals, All kinds of cheese, spending time at home on Saturday nights, Contemporary art, all animals and table chats...
