Put the mixture of wheat flour, granulated sugar, and yeast into the mixer, mix well 2. Add ice water slowly, mix until half smooth then add salt and butter, mix again until smooth 3. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for 60-90 minutes 4. Weigh the dough 135 gr each or into 6 pcs then form into a ball 5. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin, shape the dough into a rectangle then roll from top to front, close the ends of the dough 6. Mix the parmesan powder and mixed herbs, mix well 7. Brush the dough with water then roll into the mixed herbs mixture. Transfer the dough into a baking pan lined with baking paper 8. Cover with plastic wrap, let rest for 60 minutes 9. After rising, form slits with a knife or razor 10. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes 11. Cover with plastic wrap and proof for 60-90 minutes. 4. Weigh each dough to 135 g or 6 pieces, then shape into a ball. 5. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin. Shape into a rectangle, then roll it from the top. Seal the seams. 6. Combine parmesan and mixed herbs. Mix evenly. 7. Brush the dough with water, then roll it into the mixed herbs mixture. Transfer to a pan lined with baking paper. 8. Cover with plastic wrap and proof for 60 minutes. 9. After the dough rises, slit the top with a knife or a razor. 10.
