Report 100 days of government. Zócalo of Mexico City In a beautiful assembly from the heart of the Republic, we gave an account of the first 100 days of government; we strengthened the commitment to always be close to the people. Honesty gives results. We were elected to continue the principles of the Fourth Transformation. Therefore, the neoliberal model will not return. To those who think that women do not have initiative and do not recognize that we are people, we remind them that we have strength, character and the ability to be whatever we want. Therefore, today we live in exceptional times: it is a time of transformation and a time for women. We report that not only did last year close with a record in formal jobs; this year the salary has accumulated a 135 percent increase since 2018 and the price of gasoline or diesel has not increased in real terms. We are the twelfth economy in the world. Fiscal and financial discipline also allowed record growth in indicators such as revenue collection, foreign investment or international reserves. The resources for the well-being and development of the country will continue to increase thanks to republican austerity and the eradication of corruption. There will be no privileges or forgiveness in the payment of taxes. During this period we recovered the social and democratic essence of the 1917 Constitution with the support of legislators. The reform of the Judicial Branch and its secondary laws were approved; in June we will elect judges, magistrates, and ministers of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. Let there be no doubt, the Judicial Branch will be autonomous. Another 12 reforms approved in the last 100 days have to do with full rights for indigenous peoples, the recovery of Pemex and CFE as public companies, an annual increase in the minimum wage, and the strengthening of the National Guard, among others. It stands out among the reforms that social programs are already rights for well-being. In addition, we achieved substantive equality for women, their right to a life free of violence and to equal pay. This year, 2025, we dedicate it to indigenous women. We fulfilled our promise by guaranteeing all social programs: scholarships, pensions, direct resources for the countryside, working mothers, youth, and educational institutions. This year, the delivery of support to one million women aged 63 and 64 begins, as well as scholarships for 5.6 million high school students. The investment in 2025 in social rights for well-being is 835 billion pesos, equivalent to 2.5 points of GDP for 30 million families; this allows us to maintain the decrease in poverty and strengthen the country's economy. In terms of security, between September and December 2024, intentional homicides decreased by 16 percent; intentional injuries by firearms by 20 percent, and all robberies with violence by five percent. The security strategy will work because there is humanism, dedication, and honesty. We have already created the “Rosario Castellanos” National University for access to 25 thousand students this year in six entities. The commitment is to increase the number of places for higher secondary education by 200 thousand and 330 thousand places for new university students. In terms of health, the consolidated purchase of medicines generated an additional 23 billion pesos. The strengthening of IMSS, ISSSTE and IMSS-Bienestar continues. This month we will present to Congress the constitutional initiative to definitively prohibit the planting of transgenic corn in Mexico. In April we began the construction of three new passenger train routes with the support of military engineers; they depart from Mexico City to Pachuca, Nuevo Laredo and Nogales. We announced that this year the expansion of 11 highways in the country and various infrastructure works will also begin. We signed the National Agreement for the Human Right to Water and Sustainability: the main companies with concessions and 64 irrigation districts ceded more than three billion cubic meters to the national waters. Our sisters and brothers in the United States are a clear example that Mexico is an extraordinary country: this year they sent their families nearly 65 billion dollars. They are heroes and heroines of the country and we will never forget them; we recognize them and defend them. I am convinced that the relationship between Mexico and the United States will be good, respectful, and that dialogue will prevail. Mexico is a free, independent, and sovereign country. We coordinate, we collaborate, but we never subordinate ourselves. By expanding the rights of the people and access to justice, we build peace and prosperity. Today we have a living, sovereign, independent, free, democratic Mexico, increasingly fair, with a happy, enthusiastic, and empowered people. Long live our migrant brothers and sisters in the United States! Long live the Fourth Transformation! Long live the people of Mexico!
