In a bowl, mix the vinegar and mustard. 2. Whisk in olive oil to emulsify mixture. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Taste and adjust if necessary. You can also customize this dressing by adding herbs, garlic, or chopped shallots. Enjoy! 🍲 VEGETABLE CURRY Ingredients: • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed • 1 zucchini, diced • 2 nice carrots, peeled and sliced ​​• 1 red onion, chopped • 1/2 red onion, chopped • 1 can coconut milk (about 400 ml) • 3 tbsp tomato paste • 2-3 tbsp curry powder (adjust to taste) • 1 tsp ground coriander • Salt and pepper to taste • Olive oil (for cooking) 1. Enjoy! 🥧 APPLE PIE SHORTCAKE 200g flour 100g butter 60g sugar 1 small egg 1 pinch of salt PREPARATION Prepare the dough: in a salad bowl (or the bowl of the food processor to save time) pour the flour, salt and diced butter. Work with your fingertips until the mixture is sandy and the butter well incorporated. Dig a well in the shortcrust pastry, break the egg into it and pour in the sugar. Mix all the ingredients again then form a ball with the dough. Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish. Cover with applesauce, add 3 apples cut into eighths on top. Sprinkle two to three tablespoons of sugar and a little cinnamon. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° for about thirty minutes. Enjoy your meal 😋
